Hi I could be wrong but the exact location of WHITE BAY is the start of Victoria Road just pass the Anzac Bridge. Maybe I should say Rozelle side of Anzac Bridge, I believe that whole area is known as WHITE BAY and as you go round the corner to Rozelle is where it stops. Regards Kerrie
