Would appreciate some help from anyone who knows of a place called WHITE BAY. I have a relly who received an award from the Royal Humane Society after saving a life in 1952 off GABO ISLAND in Victoria. His place of residence at the time was WHITE BAY. As he was from NSW, I checked in the Geographical Names Board for it but it is not in NSW. I was unable to access the Victorian one. Can anyone please help? Lee Lee Mills North Nowra N.S.W. Hello Lee There is a White Bay in Sydney. It is near Rozelle and Balmain on the south side of the Harbour. I think that it now mainly a container terminal, but was part of old Sydney. Hope that is the one you want. Its not a land address really these days Its a small part of Sydney Harbour around the Rozelle/Balmain area.
