Dear Listers, Does anyone have a connection with Donald John Morgan BROWN, flight sergeant, RAAF, died Dec 22 1943? Among old photos I have found 5 taken at 3 different times of his grave in the Oxford (Botley) Cemetery in Oxford UK. They must have been important to my mother who died more than 20 years ago. There are no relatives alive who could enlighten me. My maternal grandmother's maiden name was BROWN and I knew only of 1 sister. They were children of Richard and Margaret (born Scotland) and from the NSW BDM index I have found 4 possible brothers to carry on the BROWN surname - John, James, Richard and David, the last born in 1874. I have checked the War Graves Commission site and his parents are named as William Henry George and Verley BROWN of Randwick. There are numerous William Henry and William H and just William in the births but not to Richard and Margaret. Seeking knowledge of long lost relatives - and better still, the rellies themselves.
