    3. Hi Marg, As a matter of interest, what percentage of the population agreed to their papers being kept, do you know? I happened to be at home (in Tweed Heads) for that census, and made sure everyone I talked to gave permission, but none of them seemed to understand the importance of it before I nagged them.
