Hello Listers I am sorry this is not a family history question but I hope that someone may be able to help me. I have been trying to contact a John STAINES on a surnames list [he is somewhere in Oz] but his emails keep bouncing with the message "Insufficient Permission". Permanent and Fatal Errors.
