Hello I am hoping someone maybe able to tell me whether St. Ube's Salt was a product of England or early Australia. A reference I have come across is that it was used to pack sliced cured beef for import overseas. As most of you would know I am compiling a history on Lawson and this reference appears in a draft of the families history. Regards Hazel
