Charles Oakley born 1897 Norfolk England emmigrated to S.A in 1928 son Of Robert Samuel Oakley he was a Red Shield Welfare Officer in the Salvation Army in WWII (9th division) he died in Australia 1965 this is all I know of him ...... can someone help me........... would love marriage info.............
