Hi all, I recently found reference to my GGGrandmother being a teacher at the one teacher Victorian government school of Doroq. She was originally appointed in March, 1879 and was still there in 1884/5. From the internet I have found the Doroq postcode of 3321. However I cannot find Doroq. It is not in my Victorian atlas and was not in an 1864 Victorian Gazateer. The nearest postcode that I have found is Edenhope, 3319. This implies that Doroq may be, (may have been) over near the SA border in the Wimmera region of Victoria. Does anyone know anything of the history of Doroq &/or the Doroq school?
