Could SKS do a look up in the probate records in Vic. I am stuck and unable to find gg g grandfather death, and hope the probate records may help. With a name like Cole, I'm having trouble work out which one could be him on the BDM microfiche. His name is Charles COLE, around the Maldon area, I know he was alive in 1870, he was in hospital and aged 63yrs, so it would be after that. I need his death or marrige to be able to go back another generation. His wife death certificate states they were married in Tasmania in about 1844, but they are not listed on the Tasmanian CD for BDM, so his death I hope will help. Thanking you Gail
