    3. Dear list I am trying to find more information on my great, greatgrandfather Robert BUTLER a shoemaker. The N.S.W. Electoral Rolls from 1869 to 1879 list him in the district of Hartley, Oakborough, Rylestone. Am I correct in thinking that Oakborough is the name of a property ? >From 1881 to 1883/1884 he is listed as Mudgee, Oakborough, Rylestone. A Robert Butler died 1883 in Mugee gaol in 1883, I have checked at the N.S.W. Archives and there are no records for mudgee gaol, except one small blue book which was found behind a cupboard when they were removing furniture items from the gaol. I am pleased to say that this small book reported the death of Robert Butler at Mudgee gaol, and it stated to my pleasure, that he was a gaol warder and he died of a heart attack. Any suggestions on researching gaol warders ? Rylstone, or any other directions would be greatly appreciated. Rhonda Newell Terrigal, N.S.W.
