Hello Listers, Would someone be able to tell me how is it that one transcription service charges GST to overseas customers and the other one doesn't ? I am quite used to paying GST here in Canada but it is very frustrating to have different rules depending on where one shops. Is there a govt, brochure which outlines the regulations ,please? Robin .
