Greetings Listers Is there some kind and generous person who 1. has access to Ingham newspapers of 1920 who could do a lookup and email the information to a friend OR 2. can advise what papers were available in Ingham in 1920 and where they could be accessed today. I am looking for the death and funeral notice and any obituary of ALEXANDER GILLIES who died on 13 May 1920 at Ingham Hospital and was buried on 14 May at the Ingham Cemetery. I would have checked the Queensland State Library but as I only received the request yesterday and I am going o/s early Sunday morning I can't get to the Library before I go. To leave it till I can get there in 7 weeks time is unfair, as this friend of mine is helping an elderly lady in the Maitland Family History Circle.
