Hi. Wondering if anyone is familiar with an Emanuel Ould who may have emigrated to Australia from South Africa (orig from Cornwall, England) around 1860 or so. He left England in 1850 to be a lighthouse keeper somewhere near Cape of Good Hope, South Africa in 1850. In 1860 his wife and three kids (I'm great-grand daughter to one of those kids) left SA and headed for Utah, USA. Family rumor has it that Emanuel may have gone to Australia after his wife left him. The family has been searching for Emanuel for about 50 years now with no luck. Any info at all would really be appreciated. We'd all like to know what became of our Emanuel.....
