    3. Hi The AIGS (Blackburn, Victoria) have purchased the following records on CD out late this year - they are scanned copies of the original documents in PDF form (until now only available at PRO Kew) and are fascinating BUT unindexed - but if you have family you know were at a particular war in history they would be worth looking at. Afghan War Medal Roll. 1878-1880 Actual original Army records. Includes all regiments, casualties etc.National Archives, Class WO100, piece numbers 51 to 54. China War Medal Roll. 1857-1860 Actual original Army & Royal Naval records. Includes all regiments, ships, casualties etc.National Archives, Class WO100, piece numbers 40 to 41. (Army)National Archives, Class WO100, piece numbers 31 to 34. (RN) Crimea War Medal Roll. 1854-1855 Actual original Army records. Includes all regiments, casualties etc.WO 100/22-34.National Army Museum, Chelsea & PRO Kew. Battle of the Nile Roll 1798 - should be installed after Christmas. You can also find heaps more Military records in our English Fiche Film and CD Catalogue which is accessed via our website www.aigs.org.au and there are quite a few Military Links on the English Links page as well. As well as info on our Society in general. regards Pauline, Melbourne (part of the website team) P.S. I believe the next one in the Series is the Maori Wars in New Zealand.
