I am seeking descendants of George Scott and Hanora McDonald [McDonell] arrived Melb c 1840 building contractor in Melbourne in the 1840's Geo moved to Geelong in c1845 1846 successfully obtained the contract for the Catholic Chapel at Geelong 1848 - c1853 owned the hotel in Ryrie St known as Scotts Hotel 1851 ended up in court for whopping a lady of the night. children known George Scott born 1845 Melb Richard 1847 - 1848 John Scott 1843 - 46 George's wife ended up in Port Fairy and is buried there.
