Hi all Does anyone know where the location CHEPSTOWE is? I am hoping its an old area of Ballarat circa 1857. The other one is a location on the digger index listed as GOBUR. Any ideas???? And finally PLEA in the ararat area. Further to my first post (sorry for the mistypes) - Gobur is in the Mountain resorts eat of Lake Eildon - one would say Lake EIldon environs - it appears in the Atlas as north of the junction of Maroondah Hwy and Goulburn Valley Hwy. Unable to help with PLEA - sound like Pleasant Hills or some such - may have been a localitly name that could be found on the Gazetteer - I cannot find the URL at the moment.
