Hello I am looking for information on a James FARRANT who was a police constable in the Mudgee District of NSW in 1862. I cannot find any records relating to police in Mudgee area on the State Records site and would like to know if there are any other records or sites I could try to find when he joined and left the police force. Any advice would be gratefully received. Joan
