These lists can help to fill in a convict's whereabouts during certain periods of their service in the penal system, which is not commonly recorded on their conduct record.They should act as a supplement to records such as CONDUCT, INDENT and DESCRIPTION records,which can be obtained through the Archives Office of Tasmania.
