    2. David Collyer
    3. Dear Friends, Am attempting to help cousin Ian solve his "dead-end" once again (we do this every 10 years or so :) Could someone possibly check relatively easily to see whether there might have been a convict in Tasmania by the name of William MARSHALL, born about 1820 in either Norwich or London. In later years he added the middle name "Miles". This could be our last resort!! Regards David in Ballarat

Some of the Families and their descendants that I am researching are: Nielsen Latham Marler Rowe Michel Green Williams Izzard Troy Bell To name just a few.....Once again thank you and Happy new Year to you all. 3. The fiche copies of Sands Directories are missing a number of years - 1860, 1862, 1872, 1874, 1878, 1881 (I think). Is this due to copies not being available to the publishers of the fiche set, or was Sands itself not published for those years? If the former, does anyone know the whereabouts of any copies. 2. Scott & Sherrie Blackman
    3. Hi Phyllis, I'm intereted in your Kitson branch. I have a Rodger(s) who married a Kitson, though I don't have the husband's first name or date of marriage: Ethel Rodger(s) married ? Kitson - year? (poss. 1920's) Ethel Kitson - died 'Glen', Vic - 1962 - age 65. The death entry states her parents are: Alexander RODGER & Elizabeth ARROLL. Alexander & Elizabeth Rodger would have to be Ethel's Grandparents. Unless Elizabeth Rodger had Ethel at the age of 61! [grin] Would love to hear from you, if you think there may be a connection. Kind regards, Sherrie Blackman. Sydney. 1. Undertakers fiche lookups PLEASE
    2. Thomas family
    3. Can anyone who has either access to the undertakers fiche (believed to be either KM SMITH or Canon & Cripps) do a lookup for me please? I understand that these fiche are held at the State Library in Brisbane and at GSQ and QFHS. I want to know the date of death of Mary EATON believed to have died in 1950 in Brisbane. I'm after any details in her death entry in the local paper but need to know the exact date of death first. More than willing to do research in New Zealand in return. Regards Sue Thomas New Zealand
