There is evidence of burials dating back to the 1850s, however the records for those burials were maintained by each denomination group and are presumed lost." The picture was taken about 1920-1929.His wife was a local midwife. There are people with the same surname living in that area especially wangi-wangi.on Lake Macquerie. SWANSEA,also in close proximatley.to Lake Macquerie and Newcastle.is where Another picture from the city of Lake Macquerie library, That I have.comes from.It is of the 1939 St John's Ambulance Class.If this is the same famous John Blatchford who either went back or was sent to the Channel Islands.We have a match.I cannot recognize him.? there is no index with the picture.
