I don't know if anone out there is of the same family, but just in case I thought I would post this to update any family: Ann Rachel Austin McCullough, youngest daughter of Frederick Leslie Austin and Clara Clesle of Iowa, and Granddaughter of William Stephen Austin and Rachel Ann Edson of New York, died this morning, in Sacramento, CA. She left behind 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren. SHe died at the age of 70. William was the son of Gideon Goodwin Austin and Mehitable Snell. Gideon was the son of John Austin and Waty West, he was the son of John Austin and Elizabeth Sweet. This John was hte son of John Austin and Priscilla Weathers. This John was the son of Edward Austin and ______Cromb. Edward was the son of Robert Austin, b. ~1638 of Kingstown, Washington, RI Hope this message didn't bother anyone.
