Hello everyone!! I'm putting out a desperate cry for help!! I am looking for anyone who has a Peter Austin in their family tree. I can't find any info on him. I know he was in NY in 1790-1840 in Tioga, Tompkins, Steuben Counties and maybe in Westchester and Albany Co. He married Susannah ? and they had around 12 or more children. Some of the names of affiliated families are Townsend, Rogers, Markle, Howard, and maybe Byer. According to the census records he would have been born sometime between 1760-70, and I believe he died between 1840-50 in NY. I am at a complete dead end and will welcome any help!! Thanks!! Alinda
