Phillips had children ,John born1846 and Madora Ann born 1848 lived next door to his father John in 1850 in Newton CO. Ga. It is belived that John H. Austin 's middle name may have been Heard> What connections did he have with Richard Austin, and wife Ann ( Jane ) Heard who lived and died in Wilkes CO. Ga. 1787 and 1793. ? John H.
