This Bartholomew > had 11 children. The info I have from Ruth M. Austin of Danville, VA says that Bartholomew was born about 1768, probably in Surry Co., NC. He married about 1790, Anna Reeves d/o George Reeves and Jane Burton. They had 13 children: William b 1792; Isaiah, b. 1793; Jane, b. 1795; Jesse, b. 1791; Andrew, b. 1799; Lucinda, b. 1802; David, b. 1804; John, b. 1806; George, b. ca. 1808; Robert, b. ca. 1811; Prudence, b. ca 1813; Jackson, b. ca. 1815; and Edwin, b. 1817.
