I believe your Austin is probably related to the Austins in my family, as the dates are similar and we come from Whiteside County. My grandmother was Esther Woods Austin, born 20 Apr. 1856, in Whiteside County. Her father was Dennis Austin, Born 30 Dec. 1825 and mother Harriet Gary, born 6 Apr 1796.
