Looking for information on my great-grandmother IDA MAE AUSTIN. I have no b. date or d. date. I believe she may have been born in NY. She m. my great-grandfather ZINA (aka Bill) BRAINERD who was born in NY in 1855, so I am guessing she would have been born around that time. I know that they were living in Onondaga, MI. in 1885, as my grandfather was born there, unfortunately, all the records from there were destroyed in a fire. They were living in Petosky, MI. from at least 1890-1895, where IDA MAE gave birth to three more children there.
