Would anyone researching the Austin surname please list your Austin ancestors you are searching for information about and list dates and locations if you have that information. Possibly another Austin researcher who has researched the same Austin line will reply with information you can use in your research. My Austin ancestor was Sarah Austin born about 1814. She married David R Smith and they were listed in the 1830 Newton co Georgia census. I am trying to find who her parents were. I do not know if she was born in Georgia or another state and they came to Georgia where she was born ion 1814.
