Hello Everyone, Some of you may be aware of the FreeCEN Project at http://freecen.rootsweb.com/ The Cornish Online Census Project is a part of this. http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~kayhin/ukocp.html The first transcribed, checked & validated pieces have been uploaded and the index can be accessed via the above link or at http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~kayhin/cocp.html As further pieces are completed they will continue to be uploaded. There are both 1891 and 1841 Census records available. This has and will continue to be a huge task for volunteers so of course we are still keen to have more on board, particularly checkers at this stage. All you need is a microfiche reader and computer.
