I found this posting from one of the lists I belong to and would like to share with you all! I thought I would mention a great chat room that needs a few more members coming in regularly. The times I have been in the chat room, people from Australia, Canada, England and US have all been on. The moderator feels more people need to use the chat room for the cost she is paying to have it on. Perhaps some of you would be interested in having a look at this chat room. www.justgen.com I've just checked it out and the people on are very friendly, so why don't some of you give it a try, you never know who might be able to help you, in a couple of minutes, I managed to get a contact to a family member in Canada. Regards, Ray.

The only thing I didn't like about it is that if you don't type anything within 8 minutes you get knocked off. When I am on the net I am checking out the URL's and go back to the chat room in between to see if there is anything new. 8 minutes goes quickly when you are checking other things. Does anyone know of any other chat rooms that are easy to access and are mainly for Australian or English Genealogy.
