Good afternoon I am seeking descendants of Michael Connolly who was born May 27 1840 in Kilcarry near Bagnalstown County Carlow Ireland. Michael left Ireland in 1857 and came to Victoria Australia. His brother Thomas also arrived in Victoria mid 1870's. In 1860 Michael become a partner in a coaching line in Victoria, married Maria Hayes and had four children. The two children to survive infancy were William John Connolly (b 1864 d 1899) and Edward Peter (b 1864 d 1941) William left two daughters who did not marry and Edward had five children, two or three of whom married. These children were Hilda Josine, Edward William and Patricia. I am looking for descendants of these three children. There is much to share, and also a descendant of Thomas, would like to get in touch with any descendants. Thomas raised Michael's sons after their father's death in 1899.
