Listers., I am trying to contact anyone who may be a descendant, or have an interest in, the following... John James MAIN (aka McLEOD) and Ann WALLING... and their daughter Caroline Maria MAIN (born 1889 Collingwood Victoria ) and who married Philip Paul LOWE, (born c1886 Sydney, NSW) . I have no marriage details except a possible date of 1909 in Newtown, Sydney. I understand the Lowe/Main marriage may also have had produced the following sons between 1910 and 1917., Philip, John., Daniel and William. My interests lie mainly with the MAIN/WALLING families but I would delight in completing some detail re the Walling/Lowe branches of this tree of ours. I have a large data-base on the Main side of the family which I would be delighted in sharing. And as an aside, can someone tell me why I cannot seem to subscribe to Australia-L (etc) ?
