Hello "Mouse" I would expect the "PR" to refer to "Putative Relative" where the deputy registrar did not believe the relationship she claimed for some reason but did not want to alert her of his suspicions by writing it in full. Do you know what relationship she had claimed? (wife? daughter?, etc?)
