Robynne. If you refer to cost of posting a letter that is not what I want. I am also not interested in when or what leaves/left Melbourne. I am interested in the actual contracts of mail routes within the northeast region of Victoria, the dollar value, and the timeframes. These contracts were won yearly and severely affected by the arrival of the rail in various towns, this event sometimes caused the cancelling of the actual contracts. I have that CD Robynne and it does not provide me with what I want.
