Ada, As I got a bit further down my list and was looking for the numbers I needed to order more records I did come across an inquest with two references, the only difference is the Unit ID numbers. I have ordered both and will let you know the outcome. It does seem very strange to me because the person in question was 19 months of age and died after falling down a mine shaft. When I tried to order the other "probate" record it told me to refer to the other record so I hope they have both of them together.
