Dear Loretta, What a lovely name. I have a niece named Loretta Fay. My Hobbs family came from Mayfield/Fletching in Sussex England and came here in 1851, Lydia Hobbs married 1) Thomas Hook and after he died she married 2) James Neve. She and James came here in 1851. After James died she married 3) Thomas Jackson. I descend from the Neve marriage.
