    3. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gilbert Jones" <> Subject: [A.G.R. ] Scott Hi Gilbert and others. When asking for lookups, if you know the parents names, please give them as this helps to verify if we have the right ones. Now I have done some looking for Gilbert but I could be quite wrong in my conclusions without something other than date to verify that I have the right ones. Anyway for what it is worth here is what I found. > Can any one please look up the births of the following > Kenneth Scott born 1900 > Reginald Scott born 1897 William Henry SCOTT and Charlotte Teresa MATHESON children - Kenneth William 1899 Surrey Hills VIC & Reginald Mansell 1897 Murrumbeena VIC > Charles Scott born 1895 in Launceston > Sydney Scott born 1893 in Launceston Charles SCOTT aged 30 married Emily Frances JEPSON age 17 on 23-1-1892 at Launceston TAS Children - Sydney Walter 30-10-1892 Launceston TAS & Charles Herbert 11-3-1895 Launceston TAS > John Scott born 1891 in Perth Edward SCOTT married Penelope Fanny SHOLL 1882 Perth Child - John Edward 1891 Perth WA I did not find the 5 children under the same parents. 2. Barbara Anne Smith
    3. Why not try the Australian Industrial Relations Commission? It took over from the old Conciliation and Arbitration process. (That's why you were referred to the historical record - Conciliation and Arbitration was a Federal parliament power under the Australian Constitution.) There is a Federal department of Industrial Relations, and a Federal Industrial Relations Commission to deal with disputes. There will be a registrar of the IRC and they may be able to direct you to the records of the older institution.
