    3. Hi everyone, sorry for the cross posting but I thought there might be SKS who would like to be involved in this project. Hi folks I am coordinator for the North Somerset Free Census project and have 28 sets of N Somerset 1891 census fiche to transcribe and check. Volunteer transcribers are urgently needed so if you have access to a fiche reader and computer, and can find time to transcribe a set of microfiche, please contact me privately. Each set contains up to 5 fiche although there is no guarantee that each fiche is full. Why not do as I did and offer to transcribe your own area of research? Email me off list for a list of districts on the fiche I have access to. If you haven't heard of this project please check out details at http://freecen.rootsweb.com/index.html Cheers Sue Young at heart, slightly older in other places! http://freecen.rootsweb.com/ Bringing your ancestors to you - free of charge. 1. [A.G.R. ] Bousfield, first name unknown
    2. Helene Munch
    3. I am looking for descendants of Marius Olsen who arrived in Melbourne in 1883. The only grandchild so far is Phyllis Dancocks (1920-1963) who was married to a Bousfield. She died in Melbourne. (A warm thought to the man who found her in Diggers). I have done a search on the name on the white pages, and the name seems not common though there are still so many that writing to them all is left for when I get really desperate. First I want to try to hear if there is any Bousfield genealogists? Kind regards Helene Munch Copenhagen, Denmark

    3. Hello Raymond, I'm sorry to hear about your mother. I lost my father earlier this year, so I know how hard these times are. About the message I posted, I admitted I made a mistake in posting without asking permission. It was only as oversight as I had asked permission of other list administrators. For that I apologise. But I will not take the abuse handed out by Robynne. There was no need to talk to me as she did on list. It would not have been appropriate language offlist either. There will be no need to unsubscribe me as I would not want to belong to a list that not only tolerated, but encouraged this kind of abuse. 3. Hello All, This has been cross posted as I thought everyone might like to know. While I was looking at future indexing projects I found a supplement to the December 1858 Victoria Police gazette listing all Brands of Victorian stockholders. Mostly it gives full names and then a station name or place, then the district where they are. I have now indexed these and they are incorporated in my web site. (see signature) I have listed the district as the second "area", as there seem to be duplicate names of properties. There is over 1300 names from all over Victoria. Hope this helps a few. Cheers Jacqui Cunningham Central Victoria http://www.oldnewscopy.com "It's Old News!"

    3. Thank you to everyone who helped me with this. This is a wonderful list. It looks very likely that it was IRENE and BRENDA PLUMB who were murdered in New South Wales by Irene's husband. Brenda was probably about four or five years old. The date was 1930, around March or April. Thanks to Carolyn, I now have a maiden name for Irene which I can check as soon as I can get to London but in the meantime, is there anyone who could check the newspaper archives for the Petersham and Ashfield areas of NSW? Thank you all very much. Jane
