William CRIDDLE and Elizabeth THOMAS each arrived at the Swan River colony in 1829. Individually they worked their way through the colony to Toodyay where they met and married in 1840. Pioneers of the Victoria District near Geraldton, the couple raised 14 children. The author is grateful to readers of this column who responded to his call for information (22/7/02). 150 pages.
