BCOF : British Commonwealth Occupation Force veterans will hold a wreath-laying ceremony at the BCOF Memorial Plaque, Kings Park Wall of Remembrance, on Monday, April 28, at 11am to commemorate the 82 Australian servicemen who lost their lives during the Occupation 1945-52 and are buried in the Yokahama British War Cemetery. Also remembering the San Francisco Peace Treaty with Japan ratified on April 28, 1952, thus concluding occupational duties and function.
