I have hit a VERY big brick wall, trying to find a family called Cross, I have been told Thomas Cross born 17?? a wire worker, had a son Richard Barrit Cross born in Bristol Gloucestershire 1808 c an ironmonger who married Elizabeth Rich 1832. I have been told he had a sister called Frances, who ran away with a footman to the U.S.A. I am looking for any other siblings & who did Thomas marry.
