I know they may have been cousins and left Vic because the family may not have accepted what was going on. Hi Leanne, Unfortunately, birth registrations for WA cease at 1905. Perhaps a request for a lookup for birth notice in the West Australian Newspaper may help. Also do you know where he lived in WA, and his death date? This may help also.
