Hello Listers, My name is Larysa Cheary and I am new to this list. I am researching the family of William Henry Ward who settled in Western Australia having moved from South Australia in 1896. William’s wife Mary Pauline Brockmeyer died in South Australia. William died in Perth in 1933 and it is believed that he had lived at Brookmeyer farm at Namban. Children to William and Mary were: Miriam Alice – married Reiher and lived in NSW Annie Pauline – died 1921 in Midland Junction WA Henry Thomas Ward – Matilda Mary – Married Cecil Parker and died 1960 in Guildford, WA Clara Jane – Married John McQueen and died 1954 in Osborne Park, WA Francis William – died in Belgium in 1917 Richard Clarence All the children were born in South Australia. I am researching on behalf of my sister in law Monica, (her gt-grandmother was a Brockmeyer) and would love to hear from anyone who may have contacts or information.
