Hello Listers, I am researching the Bircher family who settled in WA. Anne Catherine (formerly Brockmeyer), Henry Gust Bircher and their children namely Victoria, Antonia, Charles Louis Henry and Albert Andrew moved to WA around the mid to late 1800’s. Antonia married James Windebank Barker and died in Woodlupine WA in 1906. They had three children that I know of, namely Claire (married Alfred Lawrence), Phyllis and Antonia (married Charles Chappell). Charles Louis Henry married Lilly Farrell and lived in Coolgardie for some time before moving to NSW. It is believed he died in 1929 in St. Peters NSW. Victoria lived and married abroad. Nothing is known about Albert Andrew. I am researching on behalf of my sister in law Monica, (her gt-grandmother was a Brockmeyer) and would love to hear from anyone who may have information or connections to this family.
