He is preparing a book on the history of the ship Omeo wrecked on the beach in Cockburn Sound in 1905. The wreck will be affected by the new marina and possibly covered in sand. He was the youngest son of John and Elizabeth HOLLY and brother of David and Abiah. William came to WA in 1909 and settled in Collie until 1914. He is known to have lived in Canada for a time and married Rebecca. They had two daughters, Betsy and Sonya. Abiah's granddaughter is hoping to hear from Betsy and Sonya for the HOLLY family tree. WORKMAN : Information and photographs are sought on descendants and relatives of Frederick and Emily WORKMAN. They had nine children: Albert, Sydney, Emily, Louisa, Emma, Arthur, Frank, Amelia and Frederick. Sydney Burt (the writer's grandfather) married Josephine Phillips in 1903. They farmed in Kulin 1903-1935 and Mandurah.
