Whether William had wafted off to visit someone I don't know - it was rather curious, because he'd been missing all night, but the policeman who recovered the body from the water the next morning said he'd been there only a short time. But then, I don't know what he meant by a short time, either. Yes, I've looked at the WA papers, and got what I could from there - the reports of the inquest. I had another look at the Karrakatta Cemetery today myself, and was suprised to not find him in the index, as he is buried there - but it turns out he was indexed as EYNOR. I've asked them to change it, but I don't know if they will. It is very kind of you to offer to look up the electoral roll, but I wouldn't want to put you to any trouble or restrict your own research time. Please only do it if it is a quick and simple operation. Best wishes, Lenore Frost Essendon, Vic Photo Rescue?
