Guest speaker Eric WATTS was an Australian soldier who survived the siege of Tobruk in World War II. He will reminisce about this siege, which was the longest in British military history. TREKKA CARS : Trekka cars were built in New Zealand during the 1960s and around 40 units were imported into Australia. Six are believed to have been sold in WA through the Skoda dealerships because they were based on Skoda chassis. Would like to hear from any person who either sold Trekkas or bought one, with a view to building a database of their history in WA.
