    3. Anne, I went into www.FamilySearch.org and found a Frederick William SLADE, born in UK about 1790, died at Toodyay, WA on the 18 july 1850. There is an Ancestral chart with this person, it may give you more information than just the short piece that I can supply. As for Jane they have given her Death date as 19 Jan 1959..also at Toodyay, WA (. although I suspect it should read 1859). Children fromm their marriage (about 1832) are: William Frederick about 1838 (England) Elizabeth Deborah about 1833 (England), died 16 April 1915 (Canning, WA) Jane 1833 (England) died Christine 1835 , died 23 Dec 1860 Geraldton, WA Agnes 1841 died Swan, WA Hope this is some help to you. 1. [AUS-WA] Surname: CROPPER
    2. The Walkers
    3. We are seeking to make contact with a June Cropper [ her name then 1946] Born 1927. Home.... Cottesloe [ suburb of Fremantle] W.A Her Father was (I think) originally from the Bolton area [Lancashire] England. She had an older sister and a young brother. Our reason for this search is for a friend in England, Gerard Myles, who stayed (or had contact) with this family in 1946 and who would like to say thank you for their kindness. He has searched for a number of years, without success, and although we know that 1946 was quite a long time ago, would love to hear from anyone who may be able to assist us. 3. Back again Cheryl, Had a look at the Sth. Aust. discs. Henry Hitchcock aged 21 yrs, single, son of Isaach married 12th July 1880 Rose Brown aged 19 yrs. daughter of George H. Brown at the residence of George H. Brown Adelaide. I have located two children for them, but have not tried variations on the spelling of the surname. Ethel May B. 8th Jan 1882 and Lillie Maude b. 9th Jan 1886. This is probably Harry birth. B. 3rd Nov 1858 son of Isiah Hitchcock and Caroline nee Zobel. This may be Rosa. Rosa Brown b. 2nd Sept. 1861 daughter of George Brown and Ann nee Guerin. Will leave you to ponder this info. If you feal we have the correct family I am happy to printout and send the info to you by mail. Can contact me direct on [email protected] Do You live in W.A.? all the best, Chris Anderson

    3. Hello Cheryl, I could not find a Hitchcock marrying in W.A. to 1905 to a Rosa. However did find this. Henry Hitchcock and Rosa nee Brown had two children born in Kalgoorlie who appear to be twins. Ladysmith and Pretoria. Both born in 1901. Ladysmith died aged 1 day. Also had a look for any other deaths for children with these parents. Lily Maud Hitchcock died in W.A. , same parents as above, she was aged 12 yrs. Born in Adelaide. I will have a look on the Sth. Aust. records for a possible marriage of this pair, do you think they could be the ones you are looking for? Christine in W.A. P.S. records for W.A. on the discs I have finish at 1905. No further birth Indexes have been released for this state but we can search on micro fiche deaths to , I think it is 1980 and marriages, I think they go to 1967.
