March 31, 1916 Charles McCUISH Deceased Pursuant to the Trusts Act 1915 notice is hereby given that all persons having claims against the estate of Charles McCUISH, late of Natimuk, in the State of Victoria, farmer, deceased, who died on the sixteenth day of December, 1915, and probate of whose will was granted by the Supreme Court of the said State in its Probate Jurisdiction on the 2nd day of March, 1916, to The Trustees Executors and Agency Company Ltd., of 412 Collins Street, Melbourne,in the said State are hereby required to send particulars in writing of such claims to the said The Trustees Executors and Agency Company Ltd., at the above mentioned address on or before the First Day of May, 1916, after which date the said The Trustees Executors and Agency Company Ltd., will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Charles McCUISH, deceased, which shall have come to the hands of the said Company amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the said Company shall have had notice. And notice is hereby further given that the said Company will not be liable for the assets so distributed or any part thereof to any person of whose claim the said company shall not have had notice as aforesaid.
