    3. Hello List, My Great Great Great Grandparents Kenneth Murchison is said to have married Margaret McGillivray around 1854 in Branxholme. We have never been able to find any record of the marriage. The Murchsion family arrived in Australia on the ship "Edward Johnstone" in September 1854 and for a period of time they went by the surname McCalman or variants. Margaret McGillivray arrived on the "Hercules" in 1853. Can anyone give any suggestions on how to find this marriage. We have searched the Victorian B D & M index both on fiche and CD. Using many different combinations. We have contacted the Hamilton Presbyterian Church who passed our inquiry on to the local history centre to no avail. 3. I found a small list, I think at History House in Portland, of marriages conducted by Rev Cusack Russell on his circuit, but not in churches. A couple of my missing marriages were on that. Perhaps Anne Grant can confirm if that list is at Portland if she's reading this. She may even have a wee peep for you. Meanwhile, tell me about your BRIDGEMAN connection.
