Nothing for you to apologise for Trish. You're doing a great job. It was just a friendly suggestion to the folks out there. When you hit 'Reply' or 'Reply All', just copy the person's email address which will come up in the body of the message, delete the Western District address from the 'To' box and paste the personal one.
